To solve the problems of the business world, another portal will be established: Ejaz

Jan 29 (APP): Wafaqi Mokhtasib and Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi on Monday said that another portal will be launched soon to address the real issues of the business world.

He said that the Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CC&I) plays an important role in every society and a separate portal will be established for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CC&I) to solve problems  faced by the business community. said during a conversation with a delegation from the Chamber of Commerce. Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by Ashan Zafar Bakhtawali who called  him here.

Malik Nadeem Akhter,  Maqsood Tabish, Raja Muhammad Imtiaz Abbasi and Colonel Kamran Baig (Retd.) were also present on the occasion. “If a complaint displayed on the portal is not resolved by the relevant authorities within  30 days, it will be automatically forwarded to the Wafaki Moftasib Secretariat for appropriate action,” Ejaz said. Wafaki Moftasib said the commercial and industrial sector employs a large number of people in the country, adding that we are committed to resolving their problems quickly.

He called on delegations to establish a committee to bring urgent issues to the attention of the Secretariat  in writing. He further explained that our doors are open 24 hours a day for people in the industry and they can communicate their complaints to us.

“Almost 200 agencies

and departments of the federal government are under our jurisdiction, and this office  resolved more than 194,000 complaints in the next year of 2023,” Wafaki Moftasib said.

the head of  delegation asked Wafaki Moftasib to appoint a focal point for the business community to quickly resolve the issue. Wafaki Moftasib promised full support to the delegation  in this regard. Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi informed that  22 regional offices and grievance centers in the country exist to address public grievances and people living in remote areas of the country would benefit from this arrangement. . “We will soon be opening regional offices in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir,” he revealed.

Jan 29 (APP): Rawalpindi Liaquat Ali Chatta on Monday said the outdoor department (OPD) of  Holy Family Hospital will be operational by February 3.

During a visit to HFH

and Benazir Bhutto Hospital (BBH) to inspect the ongoing reconstruction work, he said that the deadline for the reconstruction of Holy Family Hospital was set on February 20th, while the emergency department was to be completed by February 15th. Then he said. Liaquat Ali said that the work to modernize the OPD of BBH was underway at a cost of Rs 160 million and the modernization work of BBH was 90 percent complete. He said workers would carry out work on both the projects day and night and would complete them within the stipulated period.

The Secretary said that all resources will be utilized to ensure the provision of the best medical facilities to the residents of Rawalpindi and adjoining areas and that after the completion of these projects, people will have access to state-of-the-art facilities. Rawalpindi Medical University Vice Chancellor Dr. Umar, MS Holy Family Raja Khalid Janjua and other officials were also present.
