I want to share a personal story. My Dadi lives in our village
near Lahore and her age in 94 years. Mashallah she still walks daily, eats by herself, and her mind is very fresh. Everyone asks her what is the secret of your long life. So I asked her and she told me 10 simple things. I thought I should share with you all.

1. Rozana Badam Akhrot
She eat 5 badam and 1 akhrot daily in morning. She says it makes your brain strong. Not too much ,just a few. It is better than eating chips.
2. Anar aur Papita
She loves anar and papita. She says red fruits clean your blood. In our village we have fresh fruits, not from bazaar. So try to eat seasonal fruits.
3. Dar Chini ki Chai
Instead of doodh patti, she drinks dar chini (cinnamon) tea. She puts small piece of dar chini in hot water with little honey. She says it controls sugar and weight.
4. Haldi Wala Doodh
At night she drinks haldi wala doodh. Especially in winter. It help in Sleep and stops body pain.
5. Subah Khali Pait Pani
My dadi wake up at 5am and drinks 2 glasses of warm water. She always says this cleans your stomach. I also started doing it and my digestion is much better now.
6. Zaitoon Ka Tail
She never uses too much ghee. She uses zaitoon oil (olive oil) on salad and sometimes on bread. Doctor also say olive oil is good for heart.
7. 7-8 Ghante Neend
My dadi sleeps at 9pm and wakes at 5am. 8 hours full sleep. She says mobile has destroyed our sleep. She never uses mobile.
8.Har Roz Walk
Even at the age of 94, she walks in our fields for 30 minutes daily. She say if you sit whole day, your body will rust like iron.
9.Kam Bolna, Zyada Khush Rehna
She says tension is the biggest disease. Do not take too much tension about future. Trust Allah, do Namaz, and stay happy.

10. Family Ka Saath Time
She always eats with whole family. We all sit together and eat. She says being alone makes you old fast. Family keeps you young.
These are real things my dadi does. I saw many old people in city who are sick at 60, but my dadi is healthy at 94. The difference is simple life, natural food, and happy heart.
In the end, I just want to say that long life is nit about medicine, it is about simple living. My dadi never went to Hospitals, she just eats natural foods and stays happy. If we also leave fast food and mobile and start living like our grandparents, we can also live long and healthy life. I hope you will try these tips.
My Final Advice For Young Generation
My Final Advice for Young Generation
Young people are the future of every family, society, and country. The habits they develop today can shape their lives tomorrow. My final advice to the young generation is to work hard, respect others, stay honest, and never stop learning. Success does not come in one day. It requires patience, dedication, and the courage to face challenges.
1. Value Your Time
Time is one of the most valuable things in life. Once it passes, we cannot bring it back. Young people should learn to use their time wisely. Instead of spending the whole day on mobile phones or social media, they should make time for education, family, hobbies, and personal growth.
2. Never Stop Learning
Education is not only about getting good marks or earning a degree. It is also about learning new skills, understanding the world, and becoming a better person. Young people should ask questions, read books, and learn from their mistakes. Every day offers an opportunity to gain new knowledge.
3. Respect Your Parents and Elders
Parents and elders often share their experiences to guide younger people. We may not always agree with their opinions, but we should listen respectfully. At the same time, young people should feel comfortable discussing their problems and dreams with their families. Respect and understanding can make family relationships stronger.
4. Choose Your Friends Wisely
Friends can influence our thoughts, habits, and decisions. Good friends encourage us to learn, improve, and make responsible choices. Young people should build friendships based on honesty, kindness, and mutual respect. They should also learn to say no when someone pressures them to do something wrong.
5. Do Not Be Afraid of Failure
Failure is a normal part of life. Everyone makes mistakes, and nobody succeeds at everything on the first attempt. Instead of giving up, young people should try to understand what went wrong and learn from the experience. Patience and consistent effort can help them improve over time.
6. Use Technology Wisely
Technology and social media can be useful for education, communication, and learning new skills. However, spending too much time online can distract us from important responsibilities. Young people should use the internet carefully, protect their personal information, and avoid believing everything they see online.
7. Be Honest and Kind
A person's character is more important than money, popularity, or appearance. Honesty helps build trust, while kindness makes relationships stronger. Young people should treat others fairly, help people when possible, and avoid judging someone without understanding their situation.
8. Take Care of Your Health
Good health supports a better quality of life. Young people should try to eat balanced meals, get enough sleep, stay physically active, and take breaks when needed. They should also talk to a trusted person when they feel overwhelmed. Taking care of mental and physical health is not a weakness; it is a responsible choice.
9. Follow Your Dreams
Every young person has different interests and goals. Some want to become teachers, doctors, writers, business owners, or skilled professionals. Whatever your dream may be, make a realistic plan and take small steps toward it. Do not compare your journey with someone else's because everyone has different circumstances and opportunities.
Conclusion
My final advice to the young generation is to believe in the value of hard work, protect your character, and never lose hope when life becomes difficult. Respect your family, choose good company, use technology responsibly, and keep learning throughout your life.
Remember that success is not only about earning money or becoming famous. True success also means being honest, helping others, and living with dignity. Start improving yourself today because small positive actions can lead to meaningful changes in the future.
