A stew made with chicken. Form of: fricassee. Portions of hen or different meat stewed in gravy e.g., carrots and onions, and served with noodles or dumplings. 4 small onions

One small Cinnamon stick

Black bell pepper……………………………………….5 - 6

Cloves ……………………………………………………….3 - 4

Whole Cumin…………………………………………….2 – 3

One small tomato

Yogurt……………………………………………………....2 cup

Green Chilies……………………………………………….3- 4

Water……………………………………………………………1 ½ cup

Salt……………………………………………………………….To Taste

Directions.

1.    Wash the chicken and make diagonal incisions all over it.

2.    Dice the onions and tomatoes.

3.    Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

4.    Set the auto cook menu.

5.    Stir in between.

This chicken stew is healthy because it is loaded with vegetables, the chicken provides lean protein, and it uses low-fat milk in place of heavy cream.
