How to boost your brain and increase your memory consistency by mentaly and physicaly.

 1-Increase your memory consistency.

There are some tips which help to increase your memory power to remember long term things.

You can increase your memory power with a regular and quiet learning habbit . When we learn something new our mind starts to process and keep analyzing the information.  Reviewing the information frequently is effective for increasing your long term memory. 

Choose activities that build your skills to a higher level of mastery. 

instead challenge yourself by learning something challenging that   requires your complet focus.

You can also increase your memory consistency by playing brain games like chess sudoku and also with solving tricky puzzles and quiz games.

 

2-Give nutritions to your mind.

The brain power is dependent on glucose as its main fuel , avoiding anything that has a high amount of sugar like sweets, candy or soda.these foods contribute to enhancing your brain prefontal activity,while some foods that have high cholestrol can lead to memory loss.

Take a complete sleep.

Getting good and complete sleep  is important for brain performance & physical health. A minimum of 7 hours of sleep seems to be necessary for a proper mind fresh.in fact your brain and body stay active while you sleep. Sleep removes in your brain that builds up while you are awake. Good sleep keeps us at a healthy weight, lowers the risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart problems. This allows you to do better in school and work.

3-.Manage your stress.

 

Stress can be defined as an abnormal position of mental health caused by a difficult situation.everyone experienced stress in some situations. Stress can affect both the body and mind,too much stress can cause physical and mental health problems.most of peoples have a need to manage their stress. Keeping a daily routine and schedule can help us to use our time more efficiently and feel comfortable in our control.getting good sleep is necessary for body and mind.

Avoiding large meals

Talking exercise regularly.

Be consistent. Go to the bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.

Relaxation techniques can help us to reduce our stress and feel better. These techniques include deep breathing,meditation and yoga. If you do not have good time management  it gives you stress and anxiety. Sharing your feelings with your friends and talking with your family members can help to reduce your stress and feel relaxed.if your stress is at a stage of serious mental and health problems. Seek professional help, a mental health professional can help you.keep your self_care is more important to manage your stress.

4-Keep your mind healthy by physical activities.

Mental health is a state of mental performance that enables people to realize their abilities,giving them the hope to fight with the stress of their lives.being a physically active person you always have good brain health , it helps you in managing your weight.

It improves your performance to do everyday activities and reduces the risk of diseases.

Some physical activities to increase your both body and mental health.

More walking and jogging

Regular dancing activity.

Swimming & cycling

Climbing stairs or hills

Playing different physical games such as tennis , basketball, football, running.

Aerobic exersice.
