Hum Pashto One, TV Channel Opening Ceremony

IMPORTANCE OF CULTURE AND LANGUAGE:

Just as religion is important in any human society, the importance of culture and language in any society cannot be denied, culture shapes the behavior of human beings living in any society.

ROLE OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA:

Today the world is a global village. This revolution has taken place thanks to the media, especially electronic media. It is now an established fact that the role of electronic media in any society has become very important and time-consuming. Dozens of TV channels are broadcasting on the air, but Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has long felt the need for a Pashto TV channel that is equipped with modern electronic equipment and full of technical capabilities.

A NEW PASHTO TV CHANNEL:

Keeping in view the need, a new Pashto TV channel HUM Pashto One was inaugurated on a grand lawn of the residence of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa yesterday. The present PTI government, especially the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mahmood Khan, deserves tribute for his full support in the inauguration ceremony of the Pashto channel. The lawn was juggling with colorful electric light bulbs, we TV workers were vigilant teachers at the reception, a huge screen of the TV channel was attracting the attention of the audience. On which the famous anchor Jamshed Ali Khan was awakening the magic of his speech, there was celebration everywhere, a large number of ladies and gentlemen belonging to showbiz, journalists, writers, artists, and popular singers came in droves.

GUESTS INVITED AT THE INAUGURATION CEREMONY:

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the participation of Governor Nar Shah Farman, Information and Broadcasting Advisor Ajmal Wazir, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Local Government Kamran Bangash, several members of the Assembly, secretaries, and senior government officials. Also present on the occasion were Ms. Sultana Siddiqui, President of Hum TV, Momina Dareed, CEO MD Production, Mr. Raja Mobin, CEO of Hum Pashto One, and Dareed CEO Hum TV and Anchor Person Jamshed Ali Khan.

ROLE OF JAMSHED ALI KHAN:

It goes without saying that Jamshed Ali Khan, who has a long and extensive experience in electronic media, played a key role in making the inaugural event a success. And he showed great skill in getting the attention of the audience. The video clips that were shown on the screen on this occasion were also very interesting and noteworthy.

Ms. FIRDOUS ASHIQ AWAN INTERVIEW:

Ms. Ashiq Firdous Awan, Information and Broadcasting Advisor, while giving an interview to this channel, expressed the hope that we TV Pashto One will play an important role in translating the culture of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in a good way on this occasion. She also highlighted the sweetness and importance of the Pashto language and congratulated the organizers of the new channel.

KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA GOVERNOR SHAH FARMAN:

When Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman was called to the stage, the whole lawn resounded with applause, emphasizing the importance and need for a Pashto channel, saying that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been engulfed in terrorism for the past 40 years. And there is a war that is not its own war, but the war of others, thousands of lives were sacrificed in the war, but instead of praising us, we are being asked to answer, said the channel's organizers. He also appealed to the talented people to highlight the true culture of the Pashtun nation and pay special attention to the culture, dress, and language of the Pakhtuns while dubbing any popular drama in Pashto. He hoped that HUM Pashto One TV channel will be a milestone for the protection of entertainment, traditions, and culture of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

STATUS OF THE MEDIA:

There is no doubt that our family system and our values are our most valuable assets, access to media channels has reached from our doorstep to our bedroom and TV lounge today Fur is directly affected by this, but it goes without saying that the status of the media has been established in every decision and custom of the family. Therefore, we, the Pashto One Channel, hope that their Drama and all other broadcasts will be a blessing in disguise for the entire Pakhtun nation, wherever they may be.

CONCLUSION:

It is a fact that the event held recently was not only the first event on a TV channel in the Chief Minister's House but also the biggest and most interesting opening ceremony, which impressed the audience and Pakhtuns. It instilled hope in the hearts of the people: “We are Pashtuns. The TV channel will not only be a mirror of their entertainment, tradition, and culture but will also prove to be an important weapon of modernity for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the days to come.
